When creating a meeting which you won’t be attending or hosting, you may need to allow attendees to enter the meeting without you needing to let users in from the ‘lobby’ (to admit guests into the meeting).
To set attendees to be able to directly enter a meeting, without having to wait in the ‘lobby’, follow the instructions below:
Choose Everyone so that anyone who has access to the meeting link can enter the meeting directly, including people who call in. See here for more information on what the options mean.
More options below ‘Who can bypass the lobby?’ allows users to change 'who can present' if someone else will be needing to do that.
