If you don’t wish to use a PIN to log in to Windows, you can disable Windows Hello, which will turn off this feature.

<aside> 💡 Windows Hello controls access to your machine, and is enforced when a machine joins a domain environment. A PIN can be set and used in addition to your main Microsoft password to access your machine. For some it can be useful for easier access. For others it can be another thing to remember and thus not wanted.
