In the Outlook application on desktop
Mailboxes which you have been granted access to will automatically display in your folder list. If they donāt appear, follow these instructions.

š Please note it may take up to one hour for mailboxes to show in Outlook once permission has been first added. Try quitting and re-opening Outlook to prompt mailboxes toĀ appear.

In Outlook on a web browser (OWA)
To add it to your folder tree on the left so you can access regularly:
- Right-click your name in the folder list, and click Add shared folder.
- Type the name of the mailbox that you have been provided access to, and click Add.
Or to access it in a separate browser window:
- In the navigation bar on the top of the screen, click on your name and then choose Open another mailbox from the dropdown menu.
- Type the email address of the other mailbox that you want to open, and click Open.
In the Outlook app on a mobile device
- Ensure you are signed in to your primary account in Outlook
- If you have multiple accounts on your mobile, select the account that has permissions to access the shared mailbox
- Tap theĀ Add AccountĀ button in the left navigation pane, then tapĀ Add a Shared Mailbox.
