macOS requires additional steps to allow remote support and RMM (remote management):

  1. In the top left corner of the desktop, click the Apple icon
  2. Select System Preferences and then select Security & Privacy
  3. Click the Privacy tab
  4. Click the Padlock in the bottom left corner of this window to allow you to change settings (enter your Mac user account password if prompted)
  5. In the left side list, select Accessbility and ensure that all of the following are ticked (i.e. enabled):
    1. LMIGUIAgent
    2. LogMeIn
    3. LogMeIn-Rescue
  6. In the left side list, select Input Monitoring and ensure that all of the following are ticked (i.e. enabled):
    1. LMIGUIAgent
    2. LogMeIn
    3. LogMeIn-Rescue
  7. In the left side list, select Screen Recording and ensure that all of the following are ticked (i.e. enabled):
    1. LMIGUIAgent
    2. LogMeIn
    3. LogMeIn-Rescue
