macOS requires additional steps to allow remote support and RMM (remote management):
- In the top left corner of the desktop, click the Apple icon
- Select System Preferences and then select Security & Privacy
- Click the Privacy tab
- Click the Padlock in the bottom left corner of this window to allow you to change settings (enter your Mac user account password if prompted)
- In the left side list, select Accessbility and ensure that all of the following are ticked (i.e. enabled):
- LMIGUIAgent
- LogMeIn
- LogMeIn-Rescue
- In the left side list, select Input Monitoring and ensure that all of the following are ticked (i.e. enabled):
- LMIGUIAgent
- LogMeIn
- LogMeIn-Rescue
- In the left side list, select Screen Recording and ensure that all of the following are ticked (i.e. enabled):
- LMIGUIAgent
- LogMeIn
- LogMeIn-Rescue
