1. Download the printer driver: https://support.ricoh.com/bb/pub_e/dr_ut_e/0001330/0001330874/V1500/z99694L16.exe
  2. Click on the download to open it, copy the location it is saving to (likely will be C:\temp\z99694L16) and then click Unzip to extract the file:

  1. Open File Explorer and go to location where the file has been saved by pasting in the previous location eg C:\temp\z99694L16 in the top of File Explorer location field. In the image below where to paste is where it shows “> This PC > OS (C:) > temp > z99694L16”

  2. When you are in the correct location, you will see RV_SETUP (type: Application), double click on this to run the printer installation:

  3. Click Yes to allow the installer to make changes to your device

  4. Choose ‘Agree and go next’ to accept the T&Cs

  5. Select the printer, or choose ‘Network’ if the printer is not listed > select ‘Click if you cannot find the device’ > ‘Specify device IP address’ > enter the printer’s IP address 192.168.1.205

  6. Once the printer has been found, select it and click ‘Next’

  7. Continue with the installation process until complete, and once done check the printer has been added successfully in ‘Settings’ > ‘Printers and scanners‘
