An Intel driver has been found to cause performance or power issues on Windows devices. If you have been advised to remove this driver, please follow the below instructions:

Windows machines:

Step 1:

• Click Start
• Start typing and open ‘Device Manager’
• Expand Software Components
• Right click on Intel Dynamic Tuning Technology Device Extension Component > Uninstall device
• Tick to Remove the driver software for this device
• Click Uninstall

Step 2:

• Click Start
• Start typing and open ‘Services’
• Scroll down and double click on Intel Dynamic Tuning Technology Telemetry Service
• In the pop-up window, change ‘Startup type’ to Disabled
• Finally, click Stop underneath ‘Service Status’.
