To restore the Teams add-in in Outlook, please follow these steps:
- Check if the Teams add-in is enabled
- Open Outlook and go to File > Options > Add-ins
- In the Manage box, select COM Add-ins and click Go
- Ensure that the "Microsoft Teams Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office" is checked. If it's not, check it and click OK
- Restart Outlook
- Sounds basic, but trying quitting Outlook completely and then reopen it to see if the add-in appears.
- Update Outlook
- Go to File > Office Account > Update Options > Update Now to ensure you have the latest version.
If these steps don't work, please let us know, there may be some sort of restriction with Prescient accounts or licensing.
